Christmas – a time to pause, reflect and give appreciation

Before we start the new year togeth­er, we would like to look back on an event­ful 2025 and thank you sincere­ly for your trust and cooperation.

In 2025, we contin­ued to support compa­nies in the real estate indus­try in fill­ing key manage­ment posi­tions with the right candi­dates – always with the aim of combin­ing profes­sion­al exper­tise, person­al­i­ty and cultur­al fit in a chal­leng­ing market environment.

AI, commitment and new perspectives

2025 was a year of change and devel­op­ment for Valdivia. A record year of new projects and success­ful place­ments, a thought­ful approach to digi­tal­i­sa­tion and arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence, and a constant­ly chang­ing envi­ron­ment have once again demon­strat­ed the impor­tance of clar­i­ty, dialogue and good leadership.

Since this year, we have been focus­ing more close­ly on the topic of good gover­nance with our Lead­er­ship­Im­pulse series. In it, Daniel Bauer address­es high­ly topi­cal and thought-provok­ing issues – from private crises in a lead­er­ship context to lead­er­ship models from nature.

Other mile­stones for us last year includ­ed visits to key indus­try events such as MIPIM, EXPO REAL and the AESC SUMMIT, along­side many other events and conferences.

We were also involved in vari­ous initia­tives: our first partic­i­pa­tion in CleanFFM, the JP Morgan Corpo­rate Chal­lenge, and our close and trust­ing coop­er­a­tion with the Stiftung Kinderzukun­ft (Chil­dren’s Future Foun­da­tion) and our heart­felt project ‘Aldea Infan­til’, the chil­dren’s village in Guatemala, are of partic­u­lar impor­tance to us.

Inter­nal­ly, we have initi­at­ed strate­gic devel­op­ments and will soon be able to present our newly formed advi­so­ry board and our newly estab­lished busi­ness area – we are very much look­ing forward to this.

2026 – a year full of opportunities

We look forward to the coming year with confi­dence and a fresh perspec­tive. We look forward to deep­en­ing exist­ing collab­o­ra­tions, enter­ing into new part­ner­ships and work­ing with you to find answers to the ques­tions that will shape our work­ing world in the coming years.
